Rami Beracha joined Pitango in 1996. Before joining Pitango, Rami practiced corporate finance, securities and restructuring law in New York, with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, a leading Wall Street Law firm. Rami holds an MBA degree from INSEAD Fontainebleau in France, a JD from Tel Aviv University, and an LLM degree from Fordham University in New York. Rami served on the board of RADLAN Computer Communications Ltd., which was acquired in February 2003 by Marvel (Nasdaq:MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions. Mr. Beracha is currently on the Board of the following companies: Dune, Mobile Access, Optier, and Gilian. |

Bill Burgess is a Managing Director in the Corporate Investment Group at Deutsche Bank. He oversees a large number of Deutsche Bank investments in technology companies located throughout the U.S. and Europe. Previously, Mr. Burgess served as Vice-Chairman of Global Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown Inc. He also served as Global Co-Head of Industry Groups in Investment Banking and the head of the Technology Investment Banking Group. During his career, he has worked on strategic and financing assignments for many companies, including AOL, RSA Security, PTC, ECI Telecomm, Yurie Systems, EMC, Cognos, Powersoft, Cascade, Wellfleet, Bay Networks, Cognos, BBN, Wang, Natural Microsystems, N-Cube, and Great Nordic. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the New England Aquarium, the Board of Overseers of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Board of Trustees at St. Mark's School. |

Mr. Hefetz is co-founder and general partner at Walden Israel, an early-stage venture capital fund that manages over $185 million and invests in enterprise software, internet infrastructure and health care start-ups.
Mr. Hefetz founded Walden Israel in 1993 and brings extensive entrepreneurial and operational experience, both in Israel and the US. Prior to establishing Walden Israel, Mr. Hefetz served as the Executive Vice President of CI Systems, a high-tech Electro Optics company located in Israel and in the US. As Vice President of CI Systems, Mr. Hefetz founded and grew the US operations, managing the Company’s operations, corporate finance, marketing, sales and customer service, as well as raising capital.
Prior to joining CI Systems, Mr. Hefetz was founder and President of a management consulting company that provided services for Israeli high-tech firms with growth potential. He previously held positions with the Israeli Government in the Investment Authority in New York and with the Department of the Budgets and the Ministry of Finance in Jerusalem. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Hefetz serves on the Board of Directors of the following companies: Allot, ClearForest, Ex Libris, Mercado, and Odin Technologies. He is currently the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Israel Venture Association. |

Moshe Mor joined Greylock in late 2000 after spending the previous eight years at SPL WorldGroup, a leading international provider of enterprise software and services. Moshe was a member of SPL's founding team and from 1995 led it as its CEO through rapid expansion to reach 1,000 employees and $150 million in revenues worldwide. Prior to SPL WorldGroup, Moshe held management positions in software companies in diverse stages, from start-ups to large established players. He also served six years in the Israeli Army as a Captain in the Military Intelligence branch. Moshe holds a BS degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. Moshe leads Greylock's investment activities in Israel and Europe in concert with other Greylock partners in both the Bay Area and the Boston offices. He is currently a member on the boards of Cash-U, HyperRoll, and Siliquent Technologies. |

Mr. Pridor brings extensive management experience in technology companies. At ClearForest he has overall responsibility for the company's strategic business direction, corporate finances and executive staffing. Prior to joining ClearForest in January 2000, Mr. Pridor spent 9 years with Tecnomatix Technologies in Israel (NASDAQ: TCNO). He held numerous management positions in technology, business development and marketing. Mr. Pridor last served as General Manager in Tecnomatix.

One of the leading minds in the field of text mining, Dr. Feldman draws on years of experience in the development of knowledge discovery systems and text mining applications. Dr. Feldman is responsible for ClearForest's technical business development, rapid prototyping, and the research and development of new products. In particular, he is in charge of the wireless segment, and development of language models for new vertical domains. Dr. Feldman serves as a consultant to leading Israeli companies such as IBM, El-Al, Telrad, Bezeq, Israel Electric Company, and the National Coal Company, and serves on the program committees of AAAI, KDD, PKDD and SIGIR. He is often an invited speaker in academic and industrial conferences, and he is a senior lecturer in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department of Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Dr. Feldman received his B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University. |
