   Chief Executive Officer
 

Mr. Pridor brings extensive management experience in technology companies. At ClearForest he has overall responsibility for the company's strategic business direction, corporate finances and executive staffing. Prior to joining ClearForest in January 2000, Mr. Pridor spent 9 years with Tecnomatix Technologies in Israel (NASDAQ: TCNO). He held numerous management positions in technology, business development and marketing. Mr. Pridor last served as General Manager in Tecnomatix.

Mr. Pridor has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and an MBA from the INSEAD International Business School in France.


 
 
 Dr. Yonatan Aumann PhD  Back to Top
   Cofounder and VP of Product Strategy
 

Dr. Aumann is an expert in algorithm design, with extensive background in software design and architecture.
Dr. Aumann oversees strategic product development for ClearForest. Prior to joining ClearForest, Dr. Aumann consulted for IBM, New York University, Telrad, Cellcom and several other leading Israeli companies. Dr. Aumann also holds a senior lecturer position at Bar-Ilan University, with expertise in algorithm design and analysis. He is the author of numerous research papers.

Dr. Aumann received his Ph.D. and B.S. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was a visiting researcher at MIT and Harvard University.

   Vice President of Solutions and Marketing
 

Mr. Tague brings more than 25 years of solutions experience and subject matter expertise to ClearForest. Tague’s knowledge will help expand ClearForest's offerings to address high-priority business challenges and industry needs.

Tague joins ClearForest from Darwin Partners where he served as executive vice president of client solutions and led sales and solutions delivery for the Financial Services, Insurance, and Life Sciences markets. At Darwin, Tom created a technology and business solutions line-of-business which he grew to $40 million in revenue in four years. Previously, Tom was co-founder and chief operating officer of Tessera Enterprise Systems, a quantitative analysis and data warehousing company focused on custom software and consulting. Tom was instrumental in defining Tessera’s offerings and growing the company from zero to $30 million in less than five years. Tague also served in senior roles at database marketing pioneer, Epsilon and systems management company, Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

   Vice President, Technical Services
 

Michael Charney brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry to ClearForest in the role of Vice President of Technical Services, with the last seven spent working for Knowledge Management vendors, first with The Molloy Group, and later with ServiceWare, and with Kamoon as an independent KM consultant. He created the Professional Services function at Molloy, and later led a team responsible for all customer service and support, including consulting, technical support and project management for large-scale enterprise installations.
 
Mr. Charney has also held executive positions in Product Management and Product Research, and is a frequent speaker and writer on Knowledge Management topics, having authored or presented over 50 papers. Most recently he has published a chapter in the proceedings of the World Congress on Intellectual Capital, and has spoken on Knowledge Management and Professional Services Best Practices at Comdex.biz, KM World, Support Services Conference and Exposition and KM World-Europe

Mr. Charney has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a M.A. in English from William Paterson University.

   Chief Technology Officer
 

Dudi Landau has been a leader within ClearForest’s R&D organization since its conception and instills a “culture” of high technological standards. Mr. Landau has over eight years of text analytics experience accompanying materialization of this space.
 
Mr. Landau has broad and deep understanding of diverse computer and information technologies. He has experience in managing software development from conception through deployment using modern, agile software engineering methodologies. Prior to joining ClearForest, Mr. Landau was a senior architect, consultant and lecturer for several Israeli companies (IBM, Tadiran, Telrad, Surecomp, IDF, and others) and incorporated modern cutting-edge technologies into seed teams (analysis, design, initial implementation & mentoring).

Mr Landau holds a B.Sc in computer science from Bar-Ilan University and has 17 years of experience in computer technology with an electronics engineering, physics, chemistry and biology background.

   Vice President Product Development
 

Mr. Houminer brings over eight years of product management experience within hi-tech companies to ClearForest, including broad experience in pre-sales, customer and product support.
 
Prior to joining ClearForest, Mr. Houminer was co-founder and Vice President Engineering at iSeg Technologies, a software company providing customer insight solutions to help identify, target and acquire the most profitable customers. At iSeg, he was responsible for the iSeg product suite as well as establishing the R&D, QA, and support teams. Prior to joining iSeg, Mr. Houminer was the engineering manager for the Western US division of Tecnomatix (purchased by UGS Corp.), where he was responsible for managing the pre-sale staff for companies such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin.

Mr. Houminer holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
