- 4 years experience in IT Helpdesk and Systems Administration
- Good technical skills (servers, workstations, network devices)
- Windows and Linux servers and clients environment
- Checkpoint's products
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, KVM, VirtualBox)
- Networking (switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, proxies, firewalls, VPN solutions, monitoring tools)
- Service-oriented: ability and willingness to work with end-users in a demanding environment
