The ClearForest Product Manager provides end-to-end product management support to the ClearForest customer projects as well as key components of the OneCalais platform. The Product Manager works closely the relevant customers and business counterparts to assure good understanding of the customer needs and assure the product meets the business requirements and goals. The ClearForest Product Manager defines and drives product vision, design, feature set, and the product roadmaps based on the customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage CLF offering throughout their lifecycle, from concept through release and ongoing maintenance
- Understand and analyze customer needs and translate them into products and capabilities
- Define the product roadmap based on the company objectives and market needs
- Prepare and document the product requirements
- Manage the product backlog
- Own, manage, and track the release schedule
- Day to Day follow up and support Development and QA in product related activities
- Present key product capabilities and product demos to drive the acceptance and understanding of the offering, solicits feedback with key stake holders and customers.
- Drive innovation and differentiation across the product sets to address current and future business needs
- Serve as the product focal point for customers and company departments
- Provide deep knowledge of ClearForest offerings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Engineering required, MBA - advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience as product manager in a software company
- Proven experience working with customers
- Knowledge in Content systems and diverse content sources (e.g. filings, research reports) - advantage
- Thorough understanding of product development lifecycles
- Fluent English - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and details
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Readiness to work extra hours
- Agile experience - Advantage
